You consent to be no younger than 18 years old to be qualified to use CareerSpark services. When creating an account or providing your information, you consent that all the information you submit is accurate and true.
You shall be completely responsible for the secrecy of your account credentials and for all actions under your account.
3. Consent to Communications
a. SMS Text Messaging Program
By providing your cell phone number and consenting through CareerSpark.biz, you are permitting CareerSpark.biz to send periodic automatic text messages to your cell phone number about jobs, account information, verification codes, and other service notifications.
Message frequency varies. Your carrier may charge you rates.
Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not need consent to send you SMS messages as a condition of our services or employment.
b. Voice Calls
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive pre-recorded or autodialed voice calls about your CareerSpark account or job listings.
You may withdraw your consent to voice calls by contacting us at support@careerspark.biz or by following opt-out instructions provided during any call.
c. Email Communications
By registering or subscribing to our website, you agree to receive email updates, job notices, and account notifications from CareerSpark.biz.
You may opt out of non-transactional emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link on any message.
Transactional messages pertaining to your account or application activity will persist as required.
4. Opt-Out Procedures
You can opt out of CareerSpark communications at any time by following these procedures:

• Voice: Adhere to opt-out instructions given during a call or contact support@careerspark.biz.
• Email: Click the Unsubscribe link present in our messages.
